At NTSPL, we believe that strong teams are built through shared experiences, meaningful connections, and moments of joy beyond the workplace. Our <\/span>three-day office outing to Barikul Resort, Chilika<\/b>, from <\/span>17th to 19th January 2026<\/b>, was a perfect blend of relaxation, fun, culture, and team bonding, a journey that truly strengthened our NTSPL family.<\/span><\/p>\n

Day 1: A Joyful Beginning, Traditional Welcome & Bonfire Evening.<\/b><\/p>\n

17 January 2026<\/b><\/p>\n

The journey began early morning from <\/span>Bhubaneswar<\/b>, filled with excitement and positive energy. Traveling together in a traveller, enjoying music and laughter, made the journey lively and memorable.<\/span><\/p>\n

We stopped at <\/span>Gopaluni, Khordha<\/b>, for a delightful breakfast before continuing towards our destination. After around <\/span>2\u20133 hours<\/b>, we arrived at <\/span>Barikul Resort<\/b>, where we were welcomed in a <\/span>traditional Odia style, <\/b>with <\/span>Ghanta, Shankha, flowers, chandan,<\/span><\/i> and refreshing <\/span>buttermilk<\/b>. The warm welcome instantly set a relaxed and cheerful mood.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bamboo Cottages & Nature\u2019s Beauty.<\/b><\/h3>\n

Our stay in <\/span>eco-friendly bamboo cottages<\/b> offered a truly unique experience. The bamboo furniture and traditional design created a calm, ancient vibe, while the <\/span>balcony views<\/b> opened up to lush greenery, a perfect escape into nature.<\/span><\/p>\n

After enjoying a snacks hamper, the team engaged in a <\/span>friendly cricket match<\/b>, filled with laughter, teamwork, and energetic moments.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pool Fun, Delicious Food & Bonfire Night.<\/b><\/h3>\n

Later, we relaxed at the <\/span>swimming pool<\/b>, where swimmers guided non-swimmers, creating a fun and encouraging atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lunch was served with <\/span>home-style flavors<\/b>, from soup to main course and dessert, each dish was delightful.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the evening, the team enjoyed engaging activities like:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Guess the Snacks<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Human Knot<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Musical Chairs<\/span>

    As night fell, we gathered around a <\/span>bonfire<\/b>, enjoying music, dance, and light refreshments. The warmth of the fire, combined with cheerful conversations and team bonding, made the first evening truly special. The day ended with dinner and a peaceful rest.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Day 2: Team Spirit, Culture, Games & Bonfire Fun.<\/b><\/h2>\n

    18 January 2026<\/b><\/p>\n

    The second day began with capturing beautiful moments across the resort, followed by a lavish breakfast offering both <\/span>Indian and English options<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    A friendly <\/span>cricket match with resort members<\/b> energized the morning. The highlight of the game was when our <\/span>Managing Director and HR Head joined the match<\/b>, creating a strong sense of unity, motivation, and positivity across the team.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Art, Adventure & Evening Celebrations.<\/b><\/h3>\n

    After swimming and lunch, we explored the resort\u2019s <\/span>museum<\/b>, which displayed:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Traditional Pattachitra paintings<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Handcrafted jute and copper artwork<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Artifacts reflecting Odisha\u2019s rich cultural heritage<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Adventure activities like <\/span>tyre climbing<\/b> and <\/span>rope crossing over the pond<\/b> added excitement and confidence to the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

      In the evening, the team enjoyed <\/span>badminton<\/b>, followed by several HR-planned fun games, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Tug of War<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Dodge Ball<\/span>
        \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        As the night set in, everyone gathered <\/span>around the bonfire<\/b> for one of the most enjoyable moments of the trip. Sitting together near the fire, we played the <\/span>Mystery Box game<\/b>, which brought laughter, curiosity, and excitement to the group.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Winners were rewarded, and <\/span>gifts were distributed to all team members<\/b>, making everyone feel valued and appreciated.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The evening concluded with dinner, followed by late-night conversations, laughter, and unforgettable bonding moments.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Day 3: Nature, Devotion & Grateful Farewell.<\/b><\/h2>\n

        19 January 2026<\/b><\/p>\n

        On the final day, after breakfast and packing our bags, we headed towards <\/span>Chilika Lake<\/b>. The serene waters and scenic beauty were truly mesmerizing, offering a peaceful connection with nature.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Our next stop was the <\/span>Tara Tarini Temple, Berhampur<\/b>. The journey was filled with excitement, and a playful encounter with monkeys added a fun memory to the visit. After patiently waiting, we received <\/span>darshan<\/b> and felt spiritually refreshed.<\/span><\/p>\n

        With the <\/span>blessings of Maa Tara Tarini<\/b>, we began our return journey to Bhubaneswar, singing, laughing, and cherishing the memories created together.<\/span><\/p>\n

        A Journey That Strengthened the NTSPL Family.<\/b><\/h2>\n

        This outing was more than just a trip, it was a celebration of <\/span>teamwork, trust, and togetherness<\/b>. Thoughtfully organized by <\/span>NTSPL under the guidance of our Managing Director<\/b>, the experience boosted morale, strengthened relationships, and created lasting memories.
