Job Description
  • Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital platforms. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and analyze client needs to propose suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns. Ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business through excellent service delivery.
  • Sales Process Management: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Draft and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements. Maintain a thorough understanding of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to improve the company's offerings and market positioning. Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and products to better address client needs.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project implementation and delivery. Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and promote IT solutions. Provide regular feedback and updates to senior management on sales activities and market insights.
Skills Required 2-3 years in IT sales or a similar role., Familiarity with IT solutions, such as software development, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and SaaS., Basic understanding of IT terminologies and technology trends., Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills., Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets., Excellent organizational and time-management skills., Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
