Job Description
  • Create high-quality short videos, reels, ads, and promotional content
  • Perform video editing, transitions, color grading, and sound design
  • Develop motion graphics and animation sequences
  • Work on VFX and compositing for creative outputs
  • Edit corporate videos, product demos, and social media creatives
  • Collaborate with marketing/content teams for concept development
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality
  • Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Handle end-to-end video production (concept → final delivery)
  • Leverage AI tools for faster and innovative video creation
Skills Required Strong expertise in video editing and motion graphics , Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and transitions , Knowledge of VFX, compositing, and animation principles , Understanding of social media trends and video formats , Basic knowledge of cinematography and lighting , Ability to work under deadlines with creative consistency , Core Video Editing & Motion Graphics - Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects , Design & Creative Tools - Adobe Photoshop ( Thumbnails, creatives), Adobe Illustrator (Assets & design elements ), Canva (Quick social creatives) , AI-Based Video Creation Tools (Highly Preferred) - Runway ML (AI editing & background removal), Pika Labs (Text-to-video), Synthesia (AI presenter videos), Descript (Edit video using text), Adobe Firefly (AI creative generation), CapCut (Reels, captions, quick edits), , Audio & Voice Tools - Adobe Audition (Sound editing), ElevenLabs (Voiceovers), , Advanced / Preferred Tools - Blender(3D animation ), Cinema 4D (Motion graphics), DaVinci Resolve (Color grading) , Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia / Animation / Film / Design or related field , Certifications or strong portfolio will be an added advantage

Technical Interview

Our second step is grilled by our technical expert(s). The major area of focus is to check the candidate’s fundamental knowledge, technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.

Practical Assessment

After got selected in technical round, we will provide live test cases to determine the candidate’s ability to cater to the dynamic requirements of our clients.

Final Round
4Step

After clearing all the rounds the final round will be conducted, where we can discuss all the policies, procedures and lastly over the salary negotiation.
