Project Overview
The Honorarium (e-Manadeya) App & Portal is an online comprehensive honorarium system which enables to provide the incentive/honorarium to Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers across the state under the Honorarium Scheme, Department of W&CD and Mission Shakti, Govt. of Odisha for managing monthly honorarium data.
It also facilitates the smooth management of the honorarium data by the district and state officials of the Department of W&CD and Mission Shakti, Govt. of Odisha. The portal provides a robust methodology to transfer the honorarium to the Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers bank account across the state using the IFMS bulk payment disbursement process (Directorate of Treasuries & Inspection, Govt. of Odisha).
The aim of the portal is to maintain an automated process which brings Teamwork, Technology, Transparency, Time leading and Transformation in the existing process.
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched online services of the Women and Child Development Department. As a part of 5T initiative Odisha State Government has launched e-Manadeya App & MIS for AWWs, Mini Anganwadi Workers & Helpers.
Impact / Benefits of e-Manadeya App & MIS are –
- It has brought transformation, transparency, timely payment and tracking of honorarium to the Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers.
- On time transfer of honorarium to 134758 AWWs, mini anganwadi workers and helpers.
- It provides a centralized mechanism with IFMS bulk payment disbursement process to provide the incentives/honorarium directly to the Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers bank account.
- Notify the Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers when honorarium transferred to the bank account.
- Leave management and Attendance monitoring of the AWW /AWH on a daily basis.
- Attendance monitoring of the Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers on a daily basis.
- Leave management of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers.
- District wise, ICDS project wise monthly honorarium report.
- Head wise (HoA) honorarium data analytics for department officials.
